Guess Where? part 2

Last time it was Mongolia..

Here’s part 2.. Guess where this is?  (pls don’t ruin it if you know my source..)

Edit: Okay, i should give hints cos it really could be anywhere.  The country is technically in Asia but is an Arabic country…

  3. I was going to guess the “Raymer Valley”? But before that, I was going to guess Kazhakstan.

    Anyways, long story short, I just found your source!

  4. Kazakhstan, technically, isn’t an Arab country. Muslim, yes; Arab, no. In fact, I don’t think any of the “-stan” countries are Arab. I guess at one point they were conquered by Arabs and that’s how Islam got there, but ethnically and culturally speaking, they’re not Arab and they don’t speak Arabic.

    With that in mind, I will guess Jordan.

  6. To Jill: I’m surprised I even spelt Kazhakstan correctly :P

  7. To Paulman: I feel bad for even saying this then, but you actually didn’t spell it correctly. The “h” comes after the “k” not the “z”. The “kh” represents a sound similar to the “ch” in Bach or loch. Although to be fair, it’s a transliteration.
